A 21-year-old man was attempting to cross the street when a vehicle struck him, according to the police. Officials say that the man landed in a vegetated area between the street and the sidewalk. A work crew member stumbled across the injured man at 4:34 a.m.
Investigators report that the vehicle involved in the incident is a four-door vehicle that is dark-colored.
