Nicholas Morrell
Attorney
Nicholas Morrell earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in History and Egyptology. He went on to the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors in the top 10 percent of his class. While in law school he served on the Moot Court Team from 2011 to 2012 and worked as a briefing attorney for Judge Massengale at the Texas First Court of Appeals from 2012 to 2013.
Nicholas has secured significant results for his clients, including an $11 million settlement in an oilfield burn injury case in Harris County and a $925,000 settlement in a dram shop wrongful death case in Ector County. He served on the trial team that secured a $10 million verdict in a wrongful death case in Bexar County and has obtained numerous six-figure settlements in commercial vehicle injury cases across Texas. His advocacy extends beyond personal injury. He also obtained asylum status for a Syrian pharmacist targeted by regime authorities.
Nicholas focuses his practice on commercial vehicle wrecks, oilfield injury, 18-wheeler wreck cases, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury, with additional experience in appeals and motion practice. He has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2012.
