EL PASO, TX — A woman died Monday night after being hit by a vehicle while on a road to pick up a dropped cell phone in northwest El Paso, reports KFOX14.

At this time, no other information has been shared.

An investigation remains ongoing, but authorities said “pedestrian on the roadway” is considered a factor in the crash.
