Austin is a skilled trial attorney with an outstanding record of cases in Texas and New Mexico, including Eddy County, Lincoln County, Lubbock County, Midland County, and Bailey County. He has litigated in five trials in 2022 alone and won cases that he considers to be on the highest civil and criminal law level. He has submitted appeals to the 13th Texas Court of Appeals – Eastland.
Austin has recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury clients and has won remarkable cases where his clients were supposedly at fault, according to a police report and four adverse witnesses.
Advocated as the Ad-Litem attorney for children taken by Texas Child Protective Services, Austin is strongly driven by justice and caring for the ones in need, as he has successfully represented rape victims in obtaining civil restraining orders when no charges were filed.
In addition to his legal work, Austin has judged Law School and High School Mock Trial competitions. He enjoys traveling to places with nice beaches and playing disc golf with friends in his spare time. He has also donated hundreds of disc golf products to a Boy’s Ranch for at-risk children. During COVID, he donated to the Lubbock Windriders, a non-profit organization, to equip an entire park with new equipment for people to enjoy disc golf. This park is free and open to the public at all times.
