EL PASO, TX — A multi-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon closed a right lane on Interstate 10 near El Paso’s Sunset Heights neighborhood, reports CBS4Local.
The Texas Department of Transportation reported the collision on the eastbound lanes near Porfirio Diaz Street.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, but two red cars and a white car appear to have been involved.
One red vehicle came to rest on the median of the onramp and another looked to have hit a guardrail. Both vehicles sustained considerable damage.
The lane closure caused delays back to West Schuster Avenue, but by 2:40 p.m., tow crews had begun clearing the vehicles.
As of this writing, no injuries have been confirmed.
