ODESSA, TX – Firefighters were called to the scene of an explosion and resulting fire in West Odessa on Sunday night.
According to KOSA, the truck carrying fracking chemicals exploded and caught fire on West 26th Street near the intersection with North Tripp Avenue.
The fire was knocked down in about 30 minutes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
It is unclear what may have sparked the fire at this time.
