EL PASO, TX — Two people were hospitalized early Sunday after a crash involving a police officer in northeast El Paso’s Milagro Hills area, reports KVIA.
The collision occurred near Woodrow Bean Transmountain Road and Rushing Road, just south of State Loop 375. It was first reported at about 2:30 a.m.
No details have been disclosed on the cause of the crash, but fire dispatchers said two people suffered minor injuries. Both patients were transported to a nearby hospital.
At this time, the El Paso Police Department has not confirmed whether the officer was one of those hurt.
EPPD’s Special Traffic Investigators (STI) were called out to the scene.
